Our Extra virgin olive oil is produced entirely by mechanical means without the use of any solvents, and under temperatures that will not degrade the oil. Also is the least processed variety and is rich in antioxidants.

Extra virgin olive oil is rich in heart-healthy fats, along with vitamins E and K.
